摘要 以锚杆钻机用钻具试验工装为研究对象。为实现锚杆钻机用钻具在回转转矩和推力试验过程中的安装连接,同时满足不同种类、不同规格钻具的安装需要,通过分析锚杆钻机用钻具的规格种类和结构特点,利用SolidWorks参数化设计功能进行了试验工装的参数化设计,提高了锚杆钻机用钻具试验工装的设计效率和工装三维参数化模型向二维工程图转换的便捷性和准确性,满足了系列化钻杆和钻头的安装固定需要及现代先进机械设计方法发展趋势的要求。 Taking the drilling tool test fixture for roof bolter as research object,in order to realize the installation and connection of drilling tools for roof bolter in the process of rotary torque and thrust test,and meet the installation requirements of different types and specifications of drilling tools,by analyzing the specifications,types and structural characteristics of drilling tools for roof bolter,the parametric design of test tooling was carried out by using the parametric design function of SolidWorks,which can improve the design efficiency of drilling tools for roof bolter and the convenience and accuracy of the transformation from 3 D parametric model of tooling to 2 D engineering drawing,which can meet the installation and fixation needs of serial drill pipes and bits and the requirements of modern advance development trend of mechanical design method.
