摘要
针对目前矿井环境湿度传感器存在测量数据不准、可靠性较差等缺点,设计了一种基于惠斯通电桥原理的湿度传感器。该传感器采用惠斯通电桥原理,处理器采用高性能单片机作为控制核心,具备矿井湿度的采集、显示和数据远传等功能。经过现场测试和实际应用,该传感器具有测量数据准确、实时性高、数据传输性能好等特点。
In view of the shortcomings of the current mine environmental humidity sensor,such as inaccurate measurement data and poor reliability,a humidity sensor based on Wheatstone bridge principle has been designed.The sensor adopts the principle of Wheatstone bridge,and the processor uses a high-performance single-chip microcomputer as the control core,which has the functions of collecting,displaying and transmitting data of mine humidity.After field testing and practical application,the sensor has the characteristics of accurate measurement data,high real-time performance and good data transmission performance.
