摘要
立柱是超大采高、大阻力的综采液压支架的主要受力部件。新国标要求对液压支架立柱进行动载过载试验,现有的试验系统不能满足要求。本试验系统采用蓄能器组件及组合冲击缸,将高压液储存在蓄能器中,通过快速释放高压液到冲击缸中,冲击缸再作用到被测立柱上,立柱内腔压力瞬间升高,模拟顶板突然来压时立柱内腔压力快速升高、安全阀快速开启并溢流释放的实际工况。通过设计计算,确定了系统核心部件的各项参数,满足试验系统在30 ms内达到冲击试验的流量及压力要求,最终研制出满足新国标要求的液压支架立柱动载过载试验系统。
The column is the main stress component of the hydraulic support with large mining height and resistance.The latest national standard requires dynamic overload test on the column of the hydraulic support.The existing test system can not meet the requirements.The new test system used accumulator components and combined impact cylinder to store high-pressure fluid in the accumulator.By rapidly releasing high-pressure fluid into the impact cylinder,the impact cylinder acted on the tested column again,and the pressure in the column increased instantly.It simulated the actual working condition that the pressure in the column increased rapidly when the roof suddenly came into pressure,and the safety valve opened quickly and the overflow was released.Through the design and calculation,the parameters of the core components of the system were determined to meet the flow and pressure requirements of the impact test within 30 ms.Finally,the dynamic overload test system of the hydraulic support column was developed to meet the requirements of the new national standard.
