摘要
建立了某矿用蓄电池车后车架上的摆架模型,应用结构仿真软件SimSolid,对其结构强度做了相关分析,得到了对应的力学性能,确定该摆架结构是否满足设计需求,在ANSYS中加以验证分析,对比发现误差很小。证实使用SimSolid在产品设计初期进行分析,可以快速预测产品性能。
The swing frame model on the rear frame of a mine battery vehicle was established,and the structural strength was analyzed,the corresponding mechanical properties were obtained by using the structural simulation software SimSolid to determine whether the swing frame structure meet the design requirements.It was verified and analyzed in ANSYS,and the error was very small.It was confirmed that the product performance can be predicted quickly by using SimSolid in the early stage of product design.
