摘要
针对矿用防爆运人车的离合助力系统存在助力比小、操作困难等问题,设计了一种真空助力离合系统,并对真空助力离合系统进行了分析与设计计算。经过整车的试验验证,新设计的真空助力离合系统较为合理,能有效提高矿用防爆运人车离合器的助力比。
In view of the problems of small power ratio and difficult operation in the clutch booster clutch system of mine explosion-proof personnel carrier,a vacuum booster clutch system has been designed,the analysis and design calculation of the vacuum booster clutch system have been carried out.Through the test of the whole vehicle,the new designed vacuum booster clutch system is more reasonable,which can effectively improve the power ratio of the clutch of mine explosion-proof carrier.
