采煤机新型喷雾装置的设计与应用

Design and Application of A New Water-Spray Device for Shearer

为了解决现有采煤机喷雾洒水装置降尘效果差、灵敏度低等技术难题,四候煤矿通过技术研究,设计了一套采煤机新型喷雾装置。介绍了该装置的结构及工作原理。该装置在四候煤矿3108工作面中进行了实际应用,结果表明综采工作面采煤机喷雾降尘效率有了明显提高。

In order to solve the technical problems,such as unsatisfactory dust reduction effect and low sensitivity of the existing water-spray sprinkler device,a new type of water-spray device for shearer has been designed through the technical research in the Sihou Coal Mine.The structure and working principle of the device have been introduced.The device has been applied in the 3108 working face of Sihou Coal Mine,and the results showed that the efficiency of the dust suppression of the shearer in the fully mechanized working face was obviously improved.
