无轨胶轮车自动感应防跑系统的设计与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为了保证平硐无轨胶轮车的运输安全,防止无轨胶轮车因刹车失灵发生碰撞事故,通过技术研究,设计了一套无轨胶轮车自动感应防跑系统,即由可编程控制器(PLC)和远程操控系统等组成。通过在三盘区副平硐中安装应用,结果表明该系统自动化水平高,阻车效果好,有效降低了胶轮车运输事故率,取得了良好效果。 In order to ensure the transportation safety of the adit trackless rubber tyred vehicle and prevent the collision accident of the trackless rubber tyred vehicle due to the brake failure,a set of automatic induction anti-running system of the trackless rubber tyred vehicle has been designed through the technical research,which is composed of programmable logic controller(PLC)and remote control system.Through the installation and application in the auxiliary adit of the third panel area,the high automation level and the good car blocking effect have been achieved,the transportation accident rate of rubber tyred car has been effectively reduced,and the good effect has been achieved.
