摘要 五矿综采工作面移动泵站远距离供液系统无法做到自动化供液。通过对现有的装备进行改造,将原系统中的路由器和交换机更换为直接使用电信号传送,既简化了系统设计,又实现了远程自动化供液。通过配液系统的自动化改进技术,提高了经济效益,为今后综采工作面安装提供了参考。 The long-distance liquid supply system of the mobile pump station in the fully mechanized coal face of No.5 coal mine was unable to achieve automatic liquid supply.Through the transformation of the existing equipment,the router and switch in the original system were replaced by the direct use of electrical signal transmission,which not only could simplify the system design,but also could realize the remote automatic liquid supply.Through the improvement of the automatic technology of the liquid distribution system,the economic benefit was improved,which could provide a reference for the installation of the comprehensive working face in the future.
