电控电动四轮转向系统在煤矿井下防爆运人车上的应用 被引量:4

摘要 电控电动四轮转向系统可使防爆运人车实现在井下巷道条件复杂、低速运行时进行四轮转向。地面高速行驶时通过后桥对中锁死机构对后桥转向进行锁死,恢复前轮转向,既提高了低速时防爆运人车的通过性,又保证了速度较高时防爆运人车的操控稳定性。同时,电控电动四轮转向系统可提高整车运行效率,降低前轮磨损,延长使用寿命,对煤矿人员辅助运输具有重要意义。 The electric control four-wheel steering system can make the explosion-proof personnel carrier achieve four-wheel steering under the complex underground tunnel conditions,or with low speed.When it is running at high speed on the ground,it can lock the rear axle steering through the centered and locked mechanism of the rear axle,and recover the front wheel steering.It could not only improve the passing ability of the explosion-proof personnel carrier at low speed,but also ensure the control stability of the explosion-proof personnel carrier at high speed.At the same time,electric four-wheel steering system can improve the running efficiency of the whole vehicle,reduce the wear of the front wheels,and extend the service life,which is of great significance to the auxiliary transportation of coal mine personnel.
