摘要
传统煤矿探水钻孔控水装置的耐压差,在放水过程中会出现孔口窜动、喷管等现象。为此,对传统控水装置进行了优化,设计了一套卸压控水装置。重点介绍了该装置的结构、原理及优缺点。通过实际应用发现,该卸压控水装置可用于水压在0~2.5 MPa范围内的探水钻孔中,取得了较好的效果。
Based on the pressure difference of the traditional water control device for water exploration boreholes in coal mines,there are some abnormal phenomena such as hole movement and nozzle in the process of water discharge.To optimize the traditional water control device,a set of pressure relief and water control device has been designed.The structure,principle and advantages and disadvantages of the device have been mainly introduced.Through practical application,it has been found that the pressure relief and water control device can be used in water exploration boreholes with water pressure ranging from 0 to 2.5 MPa,and good results have been achieved.
