The targeted poverty alleviation was an important task of poverty alleviation in China,which had a long way to go.To provide financial support for poor areas with the help of financial forces was a powerful measure to promote the targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas of China.Therefore,the existing problems and solutions ways of rural finance were analyzed from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation in order to promote the steady and sustainable development of rural finance in China,and help the new development of poverty alleviation in China.
