兜唇石斛贴树仿野生栽培技术

The Imitation Wild Cultivation Techniques of Dendrobium Aphyllum

以3~4年生的兜唇石斛侧枝为材料,开展兜唇石斛贴树仿野生栽培技术研究,对兜唇石斛施用花多多1号肥料1000、2000、3000、4000倍液,研究不同肥料浓度对兜唇石斛出芽数、茎长和茎粗的影响。结果发现:施用花多多1号1000倍液,兜唇石斛生长最好,150 d内平均茎长可达24.70cm,平均茎粗可达0.71 cm,但出芽数方面无明显差异,该结论为三亚地区林下人工兜唇石斛贴树仿野生栽培提供参考。

Using the side branches of 3-4 years Dendrobium aphyllum as material,the imitation wild cultivation techniques of Dendrobium aphyllum were analyzed.Applying 1000 times liquid、2000 times liquid、3000 times liquid and 4000 times liquid Huaduodu No.1 fertilizer to Dendrobium aphyllum,the effects of different fertilizer concentrations on the number of buds,stem length and stem thickness of Dendrobium aphyllum were studied.The results showed that Fertilizer No.1 with 1000 times liquid shows the best growth,the stem length is up to 24.7 cm in 150 d,the average stem thickness can reach 0.71 cm,there is no obvious difference in the number of buds.This paper provides reference for the artificial cultivation of Dendrobium aphyllum under the forest in Sanya.
