农地流转对生产率的影响——基于苏皖两省的实证分析

The Influence of Land Circulation on Farmland Productivity—Based on the Empirical Analysis of Jiangsu and Anhui Province

根据苏皖两省2019年调研数据,借助stata软件,从农地流转角度实证分析苏皖两省农地流转与土地生产率之间的关系。结果表明,在江苏和安徽两省农地流转市场发展不同的地区,农地流转行为对土地生产率的影响不同。江苏省农地流转市场完善,转入转出土地对土地生产率均有正向影响,而安徽省农地转让市场发展不完善、交易成本高,使得农地流转不畅,土地生产效率低下。因此,为提高农地流转效果,需深化土地制度改革,完善农地流转市场中介组织,健全相应法律制度。

Based on the 2019 survey data of Jiangsu and Anhui province and stata software,this paper empirically analyzed the relationship between farmland circulation and farmland productivity in Jiangsu and Anhui province from the perspective of farmland circulation.The results showed that the effect of farmland circulation on the land productivity were different in Jiangsu and Anhui province with different development level of farmland circulation market.The rural farmland circulation market in Jiangsu province is perfect,and the transferred farmland has positive impact on the land productivity,while the rural farmland circulation market in Anhui province is not perfect and the transaction cost is high,which leads to the poor farmland circulation market and low farmland production efficiency.Therefore,in order to improve the effect of farmland circulation,it is necessary to deepen the reform of land system,perfect the intermediary organization of farmland circulation market and corresponding legal system.
