79份油用向日葵自交系的鉴定与评价 被引量:5

Identification and Evalution of 79 Oil Sunflower Inbred Lines

摘要 为了进一步鉴定和评价油用向日葵自交系的产量相关农艺性状,本研究以79份油用向日葵自交系为研究材料,对百粒重、单粒重、单空粒重、株高、茎粗、叶面积,和结实率7个农艺性状检测,用统计学方法分析了变异系数和相关性。结果显示:变异系数0.24%~0.58%,7个农艺性状的平均变异系数为35.55%,变异系数依次排序为平均单空粒重>平均单粒重>百粒重>结实率>茎粗>株高>叶片数;平均遗传多样性指数为1.98,其中,平均单空粒重多样性指数最大(2.15),叶片数最小(1.79);百粒重与平均单粒重的极显著相关系数最大(r=0.801);基于7个农艺性状数据的聚类分析结果显示:在相似系数为54.50处将79份油葵材料分为三类,其中第Ⅰ大类包括31个品系;第Ⅱ大类包括16个品系;第Ⅲ大类包括32个品系,结论认为供试的79份油葵材料表型变异较大,品系之间的遗传变异较大。 In order to further identify and evaluate the yield related agronomic characters of oil sunflower inbred lines,this study of 79 oil sunflower inbred lines as the research materials,seven agronomic traits including 100 seed weight,single plate grain weight,single empty grain weight,plant height,stem diameter,leaf number and Seed-setting rate were tested,using statistical methods to analyze the coefficient of variation(CV)and correlation.The results showed that the coefficient of variation was 0.24%~0.58%,and the average coefficient of variation of 7 agronomic traits was 35.55%.The coefficient of variation was ranked as average single empty particle weight>av-erage single particle weight>100 seed weight>Seed-setting rate>stem diameter>plant height>leaf number.The av-erage genetic diversity index was 1.98,among which,the average single empty grain weight diversity index was the largest(2.15)and the number of leaves was the smallest(1.79).There was a highly and significant positive cor-relation coefficient between 100 seed weight and average single particle weight was the largest(r=0.801).Based on the data of 7 agronomic traits clustering analysis results show that the similarity coefficient was 54.50 in 79 canopy materials can be divided into three categories,the first categories including 31 strains;The second categories in-cluding 16 strains;the third categories including 32 strains,concluded that the selected material of 79 parts of oil-type sunflower phenotypic variation is larger,abundant genetic diversity.
