摘要
为满足机场与道路改扩建的临时交通需求,需要在一般土基上快速修筑临时道面来满足飞机或车辆通行,采用ABAQUS分析了一种新型快速装配钢框-预应力混凝土道面结构的力学响应行为。结果表明:土基反应模量在中低强度范围(5~80 MN/m^3)变化时,对减小道面板板底变形十分明显,而板底应力几乎没有变化。道面板板厚变化对板底应力的影响较为显著,当板厚增加到14 cm后,增加板厚对于板底变形影响较小。板间铰接件位置越靠近板厚下部时,应力扩散效应越明显,道面板内混凝土应力集中现象发生在结构边角处。
To meet the temporary emergency needs which to construct roads in a short time on the general soil foundation to satisfy the aircraft or vehicle traveling on the road,this article used the large-scale finite element program ABAQUS to simulate the composite structure pavement.From the simulation results,it could be found that when foundation reaction modulus varies from 5 to 80 MN/m^3,the bottom pavement deformation reduces obviously and the pavement bottom stress has no reducing almost.Thickness variation has a more significant influence to the bottom plate stress.When the thickness increases to 14 cm,thickness increasing has little effects to the bottom deformation.When connectors position is closer to bottom,diffusion effect of pavement structure is more significant,the large local stresses of the concrete pavement is located in steel frame corners.
