起落架液控阀阀芯摩擦特性研究

摘要 起落架收放故障影响飞机的安全性能,起降次数增加导致起落架性能变弱。首先通过起落架液控阀结构原理分析作用在阀芯上的液控力和夹紧力;其次,构建相应的力学方程并研究影响液控力和夹紧力变化因素,选择中位机能为"H"或"Y"三位四通换向阀,运用AMESim软件搭建起落架伺服系统模型;最后,通过改变阀芯摩擦系数和作用在阀芯上油液泄漏参数进行仿真分析起落架收放性能,摩擦系数增大和油液泄漏量的增加,导致起落架收放性能减弱。 The failure of landing gear retraction and retraction affects the safety performance of the aircraft,the increase of landing times leads to the weakening of landing gear performance.Firstly,the hydraulic control force and clamping force acting on the valve core are analyzed by the structure principle of the landing gear hydraulic control valve.Secondly,the mechanical equations are constructed and the factors influencing the hydraulic control force and clamping force are studied,select the middle function as"H"or"Y"three position four-way reversing valve,using AMESim software to build landing gear servo system model.Finally,by changing the friction coefficient of valve core,the oil leakage parameters acting on the valve core are simulated to analyze the retracting and releasing performance of the landing gear,with the increase of friction coefficient and oil leakage,the retraction and retraction performance of landing gear is weakened.
