摘要
电机被广泛应用于纯电动商用车的上装系统,如纯电动清扫车。目前电机的构造越来越复杂,电机产生故障的原因也有很多。对上装电机的故障进行分析可以有效地防止故障的恶化,降低维护成本,提高车辆作业的可靠性。通过对纯电动清扫车上装电机系统及电机的结构分析,研究了上装电机的故障及产生原因。介绍了故障树分析法及其优势,通过故障树分析法对电机故障进行了总结,建立了上装电机故障树。为后续纯电动清扫车电机系统故障诊断分析提供了新方法。
The motor is widely used in the operating system of pure electric commercial vehicle,such as pure electric sweeper.At present,the structure of motor is more and more complex,and there are many reasons for motor failure.The analysis of the faults of the operating motor can effectively prevent the deterioration of the faults,reduce the maintenance cost and improve the reliability of the vehicle operation.Through the analysis of the motor system and the structure of the motor installed on the pure electric sweeper,the faults and the causes of the motor installed on the sweeper are studied.This paper introduces the fault tree analysis method and its advantages,summarizes the motor fault through the fault tree analysis method,and establishes the fault tree of the motor installed on the pure electric sweeper.This paper provides a new method for fault diagnosis and analysis of motor system of the pure electric sweeper.
