摘要
传统冰箱采用机械式温控,储存量大且种类繁多物品时容易被遗忘导致过期浪费,本文设计一种智能旋转冰箱控制系统以解决这一难题。系统以单片机为主控芯片,通过压力传感器检测物品存放,根据时钟模块传递时间信息给单片机记录,同时按键控制蓝牙模块发送存放时间给手机APP。冰箱内部设计舵机控制模块,可以旋转存储平台实现快速、智能存取,箱门设计显示模块实时显示物品信息。系统在检测物品、数据记录、显示及信号发送等方面灵敏度高,成本较低且能够通过手机实现对食物信息全面了解,绿色节能,市场需求和应用价值高。
Traditional refrigerators use mechanical temperature control,and when the storage volume is large and there are many kinds of items,they are easy to be forgotten and lead to overdue waste.This paper designs an intelligent rotary refrigerator control system to solve this problem.The system uses a single chip as the main control chip,detects the storage of articles through a pressure sensor,transmits time information to the single chip for recording according to a clock module,and simultaneously presses a key to control the Bluetooth module to send the storage time to the mobile phone APP.A steering engine control module is designed inside the refrigerator,which can rotate the storage platform to realize fast and intelligent access,and the display module designed on the door displays the information of articles in real time.The system has high sensitivity in detecting articles,data recording,display,signal transmission and other aspects.It has low cost and can realize a comprehensive understanding of food information through a mobile phone.It’s green and energy-saving,and has high market demand and application value.
