摘要
结合沙特阿美石油公司(简称"阿美")房建项目施工中的实际经验,对项目的电气工程安装施工管理进行了简单的阐述和剖析.针对施工过程中的主要施工技术问题及相应质量控制措施进行分析,为海外同类项目施工管理提供参考经验.
Combined with the actual experience of Saudi Aramco Oil Company("Aramco")in the construction of building projects,this paper briefly expounds and analyzes construction management of electrical engineering installation inths building project.This paper analyzes the main construction technical icsues during construction works and the corresponding countermeasures of quality control to provide reference experience for construction management of similar projects overseas.
