学业预警机制是高职院校内部质量管理体系的落脚点与着力点,高职教育的新发展为高职院校带来了人员结构、培养标准和外部环境等诸多方面的变革,增加了学业预警帮扶的难度.高职院校应主动把握职业教育新发展对学业预警机制带来的影响,增强学业困难学生的学习主动性和自主管理意识,提高学业预警帮扶转化率,为高职院校人才培养质量提供保障,推动高职教育高质量发展.

The mechanism of academic early warning is the foothold of the internal quality management system of higher vocational colleges,and it is also the focal point.The new development of higher vocational colleges brings changes and reforms in personnel structure,cultivation standard,external environment,and other fields,increasing difficulty of assistance of academic early warning.Higher vocational colleges should actively grasp the influence on the academic early warning mechanism from new development of vocational education,strengthen the initiative and autonomous management consciousness of students with academic difficulties,and increase transformation rate of academic early warning assistance,which provide guarantee for talent cultivation quality of higher vocational colleges.
