中医护理技术配合穴位敷贴对支气管哮喘缓解肺功能及不良反应的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technology Combined with Acupoint Application on Pulmonary Function and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨中医护理技术配合穴位敷贴对支气管哮喘缓解患者肺功能及不良反应的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年3月-2019年3月医院收治的53例支气管哮喘缓解患者的临床资料,依据护理方案的不同,分为对照组26例和观察组27例,比较两组肺功能及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周后,观察组第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰流速(PEF)及呼气峰流速与肺活量的比值(FEV1/FCV)较对照组高,肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平以及不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对支气管哮喘缓解患者采用中医护理技术配合穴位敷贴治疗,能有效改善肺功能,且能降低不良反应发生率,治疗效果较好。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology combined with acupoint application on pulmonary function and adverse reactions in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods The clinical data of 53 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 was analyzed retrospectively. According to the different nursing schemes,they were divided into control group (26 cases) and observation group (27 cases). The pulmonary function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After 4 weeks treatment,forced exhalation volume (FEV1),peak respiratory velocity (PEF),peak respiratory velocity and vital capacity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the observation group. The ratio of FEV1/FCV was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology combined with acupoint application can effectively improve the pulmonary function and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with bronchial asthma at remission stage.
