ICU危重者便秘应用足底热敷联合穴位按揉治疗效果

Effect of Foot Hot Compress combined with Acupoint Massage on Constipation of ICU Critical Patients

目的探讨足底热敷联合穴位按揉治疗ICU危重者便秘的效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法收集2018年2月-2019年2月于医院接受治疗的72例ICU危重者(有便秘症状)。按照随机数字表法作为分组依据。对照组采用常规治疗。观察组在其基础上行足底热敷联合穴位按揉治疗。统计治疗效果、中医证候评分、胃动素及胃泌素含量指标、首次排便时间及首次排便花费时间等,治疗后,两组进行SF-36生活质量测定表,统计两组SF-36生活质量测定表指标评分等。结果观察组中医证候评分、胃动素及胃泌素含量指标更优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组首次排便时间、首次排便花费时间等更优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组SF-36生活质量测定表指标评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对ICU危重者利用足底热敷联合穴位按揉治疗后可有效提高治疗效果,增强胃肠道功能改善效果,改善ICU危重者便秘情况,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of foot hot compress combined with acupoint massage on constipation of ICU critical patients.Methods Seventy-two ICU critical patients(with constipation symptoms)were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.The random number table was the grouping basis.The control group were treated with routine therapy.In the observation group,the patients were treated with foot hot compress combined with acupoint massage.The treatment effect,TCM syndrome score,contents of motilin and gastrin,first defecation time and first defecation time of the patients were observed.Three months aftertreatment,SF-36 quality of life testof the two groups was carried out.Results The TCM syndrome score,contents of motilin and gastrinof the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first defecation time and the first defecation time of the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 quality of life index score of observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For ICU criticallypatients,foot hot compress combined with acupoint massage can effectively enhance gastrointestinal function,relieve constipation and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
