《医林改错》中活血逐瘀类方剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究探析

《医林改错》是王清任活血化瘀法应用的经典之作,其独创的活血逐瘀类系列方剂一直为后世医家所推崇,尤其是身痛逐瘀汤、血府逐瘀汤等经典名方,迄今仍广泛应用心血管、骨伤科、妇科等疾病治疗中。主要探讨书中常用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症的活血逐瘀类方剂的用药特点及主治疾病,并对国内外近20年相关的临床应用和现代研究进行梳理总结,以供骨伤科临床和科研工作者参考。

Yilin Gaicuo is the representative work of WANG Qingren.His original prescriptions have been highly praised by later medical doctors.In particular,the classics such as Shentong Zhuyu Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and so on are still widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular,orthopedics,gynecology and other diseases.This article mainly discussed the characteristics of the prescriptions commonly used in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and the attending diseases of prescriptions,and summarized the clinical application and modern research in the past 20 years at home and abroad,providing the reference of clinical and scientific researchers in orthopedics.
