Research Progress on Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Treatment of Tobacco Dependence

中医学关于"烟草依赖"这一疾病及其概念并没有明确的记载,依其临床症状,可将其归属于"戒断综合征"的疾病范畴,其发病机制尚不清楚,至今仍缺乏理想的治疗方法。中医针灸在我国疾病防治方面起着日益重要的作用,在烟草依赖的治疗中发挥一定的特色和优势。从针灸治疗烟草依赖穴位的选择、治疗方法的选择、作用机制等方面进行全面综述,以期为烟草依赖的治疗提供新的思路和研究依据。

The concept of tobacco dependence in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has not been clearly documented.According to its clinical symptoms,it can be classified into the category of withdrawal syndrome.The pathogenesis of tobacco dependence is still unclear and there is no effective treatment.Acupuncture and moxibustion in TCM play an increasingly important role in the prevention and treatment of diseases in China.Acupuncture and moxibustion have certain characteristics and advantages in the treatment of tobacco dependence.This article reviewed the selection of acupoints,treatment methods and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of tobacco dependence,in order to provide new ideas and research basis for the treatment of tobacco dependence.
