生物信息反馈红外治疗仪联合康复训练对缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫临床疗效观察 被引量:24

Observation of Clinical Effect of Biofeedback Infrared Therapeutic Instrument Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Post-Stroke Hemiplegia

摘要 目的研究生物信息反馈红外治疗仪联合康复训练对对缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫临床疗效。方法将71例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为实验组34例、对照组37例,均给予康复训练的基础上,实验组采用生物信息反馈红外治疗仪治疗,对照组采用艾条雀啄灸治疗,取穴相同,3个月后统计疗效,采用临床神经功能缺损评分(CNS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能积分(FMA)及Barthel指数(BI)对治疗前后进行评价,并观察恢复期血压的稳定情况。结果治疗后,实验组CNS评分、FMA积分、Barthel指数较对照组均有明显的改善(P<0.01),实验组舒张压显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生物信息反馈红外治疗仪联合康复训练可明显降低缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损程度、促进运动功能和ADL能力的恢复,稳定患者恢复期血压,对缺血性脑卒中患者治疗有良好的作用。 Objective To study the clinical effect of biofeedback infrared therapy instrument combined with rehabilitation training on post-strokehemiplegia.Methods patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases)and control group(37 cases).On the basis of rehabilitation training,the treatment group received biological information feedback infrared therapy,while the control group adopted moxa sparrow pecking moxibustion,with the same acupoints.After months,the curative effects were statistically evaluated by the clinical nerve function defect scale(CNS),Fugl-Meyer movement function integral(FMA)and the Barthel index.The stability of blood pressure during convalescence was also observed.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in CNS,FMA,Barthel index or blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CNS score,FMA score and Barthel index in the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.01),and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of biological information feedback infrared therapy instrument and rehabilitation training can significantly reduce the degree of nerve function defect in ischemic stroke patients,promote the recovery of motor function and ADL ability,stabilize the convalescent blood pressure of patients,and has a good effect on ischemic stroke patients.
