摘要
心脏骤停心肺复苏后期患者死亡的主要原因是大脑缺血再灌注损伤,近年来自噬在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的作用逐渐被发现,自噬激活对脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用是双面的,受多种因素的调控,与多种蛋白通路相关联,发挥复杂的作用。虽然目前关于自噬在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的机制尚不完全明了,但自噬参与脑缺血再灌注后一系列病理生理变化毋庸置疑。故而对目前神经元自噬在心肺复苏后脑缺血再灌注损伤方面的研究进展进行综述。
In recent years,the role of autophagy in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury has been gradually discovered.The effect of autophagy activation on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is bilateral,regulated by many factors,and associated with a variety of protein pathways,playing a complex role.Although the mechanism of autophagy in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is not fully understood,there is no doubt that autophagy participates in a series of pathophysiological changes after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.Therefore,this article reviewed the research progress of neuron autophagy in cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
