Research Progress of Gualou(Trichosanthis Fructus) on Chemical Constituents

瓜蒌(Trichosanthis Frucutus)为葫芦科植物栝楼Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.或双边瓜蒌Trichosanthes rosthornii Harms的干燥成熟果实,又称之为全瓜蒌。在治疗冠心病、糖尿病等方面具有良好的功效,此外还具有抗癌、延缓衰老的功能。其果皮、种子即瓜蒌皮、瓜蒌子皆可入药。随着瓜蒌药材及其制剂(瓜蒌皮注射液、瓜蒌片等)在临床上的广泛应用,人们对其需求将大大增加。为了更加深入的研究瓜蒌,挖掘其医药功效和新用途,进一步开发瓜蒌产品,故对瓜蒌的化学成分进行综述。在此基础上比较瓜蒌、瓜蒌皮和瓜蒌子中的主要化学成分的差异,为瓜蒌药材质量标准的评价提供科学依据。

Gualou(Trichosanthis Frucutus)is also called Snakegourd Fruit,which is the dried ripe fruit of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.or Trichosanthes rosthornii Harms.Gualou(Trichosanthis Frucutus)has good efficacy in treating coronary heart disease and diabetes.In addition,it has anti-cancer and anti-aging functions.Gualoupi(Trichosanthis Pericarpium)is the dried pericarp of Gualou(Trichosanthis Frucutus)and Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen)is the dried ripe seed of Gualou(Trichosanthis Frucutus).With the extensive application of Gualou(Trichosanthis Frucutus)and its preparations(Trichosanthis Pericarpium Injection,Trichosanthis Frucutus Tablets,etc.)in clinical practice,people’s demand for Gualou(Trichosanthis Frucutus)would increase greatly.In order to better study and excavate the medical efficacy,promote the utilization and development of Gualou(Trichosanthis Frucutus),the paper concluded and summarized the research progress of Gualou(Trichosanthis Frucutus)on chemical constituents.On the basis of the previous study,the differences of main chemical constituents were compared in Gualou(Trichosanthis Frucutus),Gualoupi(Trichosanthis Pericarpium)and Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen),which provided scientific basis for the evaluation of quality standard of Gualou(Trichosanthis Frucutus).
