血栓通络汤联合曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物对急性脑梗死炎性反应介质和神经功能的影响

Effects of Xueshuan Tongluo Decoction and Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate on Inflammatory Mediators and Neurological Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨血栓通络汤联合曲克芦丁对急性脑梗死患者炎性反应介质和神经功能的影响。方法选择急性脑梗死患者80例,依据随机对照法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上,静脉注射曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,口服血栓通络汤治疗。2周为1个疗程,两组均治疗2个疗程。比较两组治疗前后NHISS和mRS评分,血清炎症因子hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平,Vp、Vm,SF-36量表评分和治疗疗效。结果研究结果显示,治疗组治疗后总有效率为92.50%(37/40)高于对照组治疗总有效率的75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后血清炎症因子hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后NIHSS评分和mRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后Vp、Vm高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后情感功能、生理功能和社会功能高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗的基础上加用血栓通络汤,可有效降低急性脑梗死患者的血清炎性因子水平,改善脑动脉供血和血流动力学,改善患者神经功能缺损,提高治疗疗效,提高患者的生活能力和生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xueshuan Tongluo Decoction combined with Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate on inflammatory mediators and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the randomized control method.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with intravenous treatment of Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection and the treatment group was treated with Xueshuan Tongluo Decoction orally on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Four weeks was one course of treatment,and both groups received 3 courses of treatment.NHISS and mRS scores,serum levels of inflammatory factors hs-CRP,TNF-alpha and IL-6,scores of Vp,Vm and SF-36 scales and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The results showed that the treatment group’s total effective rate after treatment was 92.50%(37/40),higher than that of the control group 75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05).The treatment group’s serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-alpha and IL-6 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group’s NIHSS score and mRS score were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group’s Vp and Vm were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group’s emotional function,physiological function and social function after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In addition to western medicine treatment,Xueshuan Tongluo Decoction can effectively reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and improve the blood supply and hemodynamics of cerebral arteries,the neurological defects,the therapeutic effect and the patients’life ability and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
