康莱特序贯治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Kanglaite Sequential Therapy for Middle or Advanced Stage of NSCLC

目的观察康莱特序贯联合DP化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及安全性。方法289例患者随机分为对照组60例和观察组229例,对照组予DP(多西他赛+顺铂)化疗,治疗组加用康莱特序贯治疗。比较临床疗效、外周血淋巴细胞、肿瘤标记物和不良反应,采用KPS和EORTC QLQ-C30量表评价患者生活质量。结果观察组DCR为76.9%,明显高于对照组的56.7%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组KPS评分,EORTC QLQ-C30量表中乏力、恶心呕吐和总体健康状况优于对照组(P<0.05);外周淋巴细胞亚群CD4+/CD8+增加更为明显(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅲ-Ⅳ级消化道反应和乏力发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。其余指标组间相近。结论康莱特序贯联合DP化疗治疗中晚期NSCLC疗效肯定,且可降低DP化疗的不良反应。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Kanglaite sequential therapy combined with DP chemotherapy for middle or advanced stage of NSCLC.Methods A total of 289 patients were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and study group(229 cases).The control group received DP chemotherapy,and the study group received Kanglaite sequential therapy additionally.The clinical effects,peripheral lymphocytes,tumor markers and toxicity were compared.KPS and EORTC QLQ-C30 were used to evaluate the quality of life.Results The DCR of study group was 76.9%,which was higher than that of the control group(56.7%)(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with those in control group,the KPS,the fatigue,nausea and vomit and general health were better.The CD+4/CD+8 increasedgreatly.The occurrence rates ofⅢ-Ⅳdegrees of gastrointestinal reaction and fatigue were lower in study group(P<0.05).The other indexes were similar.Conclusion Kanglaite sequential therapy combined with DP chemotherapy for middle or advanced stage of NSCLC is effective,and could decrease the toxicity induced by DP chemotherapy.
