油井多层合采条件下的小层生产规律研究:以衰竭开发为例

摘要 研究了多层合采井各小层生产规律以指导油田在不同阶段实时调整开发方案。以达西定律及衰竭开发物质平衡方程为基础,以数值模拟为手段研究一口井衰竭开发条件下的小层生产规律。定义采出程度比、渗透率比、有效厚度比、储量比、含油饱和度比、日产液比及累产液比等关键参数对单层生产规律进行深入研究,得到各个影响参数与采出程度比及累产液比之间的关系图版,并将各个参数对最终开发效果的影响规律推广到类似油田指导开发调整。通过与实际井PLT测试数据进行对比,研究结果相对误差较小,研究方法可靠程度较高,进一步扩充了单层产量劈分研究方法,在指导后续调整挖潜方面具有重要的指导意义。 The production law of each small layer of multi-layer commingled production well is the basis of guiding the research of development adjustment scheme in different stages of oilfield.In the process of actual oilfield development,it is often impossible to conduct PLT test for each well to analyze and study the single-layer production law.Therefore,it is difficult to adjust the development plan of multi-layer combined production well.On the basis of Darcy’s law and material balance equation of depletion development,the production law of small layer under the condition of depletion development of a well is studied by means of numerical simulation.The key parameters,such as recovery ratio,permeability ratio,effective thickness ratio,reserve ratio,oil saturation ratio,daily liquid ratio and cumulative liquid ratio,are defined to conduct in-depth study of the single-layer production law,and the relationship between the influence parameters of the study area and the ratio of recovery degree and cumulative liquid production is obtained,which is extended to the similar oilfield to guide the development adjustment.Compared with the actual well PLT test data,the relative error is smaller and the research method is more reliable.The reliability of the research method is high.The research method of single-layer production splitting is further expanded,which has important significance in guiding subsequent adjustment and tapping potential.
