摘要
今年是潘懋元先生提出"教育内外部关系规律"40周年,该理论自提出之日起便引发争鸣不断。争鸣主要围绕教育内外部关系规律的提法、科学性、立论基础、分类标准、分类方法、表达方式等展开。这争鸣是我国高等教育研究史上一道靓丽风景,理清了争鸣的关键问题,丰富了对教育规律的研究,深化了对高等教育与社会关系的认识,活跃了高等教育研究的学术氛围,但同时也存在基本概念不明确、未产生新的理论观点、未"吃透"对方观点、未形成良性循环、商榷的思维比较固化、缺乏历史考察等不足。未来深入研究教育内外部关系规律,需要深刻理解教育内外部关系规律提出的时代背景,需要深化对规律和教育规律的理解和研究,需要争鸣者吃透对方的观点,需要创新研究方法和研究视角,需要在加强自身合法性的维护中进行自我批评,需要强化对高等教育实践的关注,需要以问题为基点拓展教育内外部关系规律的范畴,需要从社会历史规律和规律的特殊性角度来考察,需要在研究中凸显和确定"人"的立场,需要拓展研究的跨学科视野。
This year marks the 40th anniversary of PAN Mao-yuan’s proposal of"the law of internal and external relations in education".Since then,the debate mainly centers on the formulation,scientificity,argumentation basis,classification standard,classification method and expression mode of internal and external relations of education.This contention is a beautiful landscape in the history of higher education research in China.It clarifies the key issues of the contention,enriches the research on the laws of education,deepens the understanding of the relationship between higher education and society,and enlivens the academic atmosphere of higher education research.At the same time,there are still some unclear basic concepts with no new theoretical views,lack of certain norms,no virtuous circle of thinking,and discussion is relatively fixed and lack of historical investigation.In order to deepen the research on the law of internal and external relations of education in the future,there is a need to deeply understand the background of the times,develop the understanding and research of the laws of education,understand each other’s views,innovate research methods and research perspectives,and carry out self-criticism in the maintenance of their own legitimacy.It is essential to pay more attention to the practice of higher education focusing on the practical needs by expanding the scope of the law of internal and external relations of education through the perspective of social and historical laws,and highlight the standpoint of"human"in the research and expand the interdisciplinary perspective of research.
