“产教融合”背景下大学生实习平台构建及其运行机制研究

在"产教融合"背景下,为提升大学生实习效率和质量,针对我国现行大学生实习教育存在的"管理体制与市场接轨不畅、政府职能缺位、实习监管缺失以及各参与主体间信息不对称并缺乏协同与联动"等问题,有必要借鉴国外大学生实习模式中政府深度参与、第三方主导实施、校企协同、灵活实习的先进经验,结合我国国情构建由政府、企业、高校、学生和第三方共同参与的"五位一体"的大学生实习平台,并以该平台为依托,以政府资助与组织体系为支撑,以政策制度为保障,以考评激励为动力,建立起政府主导与资助、第三方建设运营与维护、参与各方协同发展的大学生实习平台运行管理长效机制,有效解决当前大学生实习教育面临的困境,实现"互联网+产教融合"背景下高层次应用创新型人才培养目标。

In the context of industry-education integration,the current management system and market are not well-connected,government functions are absent,internship supervision is lacking,information among subjects is incomplete,and lack of coordination and linkage.Therefore,it is necessary to learn from the government’s in-depth reference in the foreign internship mode of college students in order to improve the efficiency and quality of college students’internship.With the advanced experience of leading implementation with the third party,and school-enterprise cooperation combined with China’s national conditions for flexible practice,the"five in one"internship platform is established for college students jointly shared by the government,enterprises,universities,students and the third party.This platform is supported by the government funding and organization system,guaranteed by the policy system,and driven by evaluation and incentives.The long-term mechanism of operation and management of university student internship platform is guided and supported by the third party,which effectively solves the predicament faced by the current undergraduate internship education,and achieves the goal of training high-level innovative talents in the context of"internet plus industry-education integration".
