摘要
教育教学中的人际互动对学生能力发展有重要影响,但其影响机制和内在作用规律尚不清晰。基于H大学本科生就读经历2018年调查数据,运用结构方程模型与多元回归模型,探究生师互动、生生互动影响大学生能力发展的机制与差异。结果表明:生师互动、生生互动均可以有效预测大学生能力发展,且生师互动的预测系数更高;院校归属感在两者对能力发展的影响中起中介作用,且在生师互动的影响中效应更强。大学应提升教学效果,要注重巩固生师互动质量,拓展途径;引导生生互动方向,关注学生发展;增强学生院校归属感,让学生在互动式参与中实现能力发展。
Interpersonal interaction in education and teaching has an important influence on competence development of college students,however,its influence mechanism and internal function are still unclear.Based on the data of Student Experience in the Research University 2018(SERU2018)in Hunan University,the structural equation model and sequential regression were used to explore the mechanism and difference of the influence of student-faculty and student-student interaction on competence development.The results indicate that:student-faculty and student-student interaction can positively predict competence development of students,while there is a stronger effect on the process of student-faculty interaction.Sense of school belonging plays a mediating role in the student-faculty and student-student interaction predicting competence development,while there is a stronger intermediary effect on the process of student-faculty interaction.Therefore,higher education institutions should focus on the quality of student-faculty interaction and expanding ways;guide in the direction of student-student interaction to pay attention to student development and enhance sense of school belonging to develop competence of college students in interactive participation.
