传统书画精英对西方现代绘画传播的因应——以黄宾虹《新画训》为中心 被引量:3

The Responses to the Spread of Western Modern Art from the Elites of Traditional Painting and Calligraphy: Focus on Huang Binhong’s Principles of New Painting

摘要 20世纪早期,中国艺术现代转型适逢西方现代绘画在中国进行跨文化传播,二者交织并进,彼此深刻影响。本文结合美术史与传播学研究方法,细致梳理其中以黄宾虹为代表的传统书画精英因应西方现代绘画传播而发表的相关著述,进而指出,黄宾虹在率先作出积极回应之中,就古今中外艺术发展基本规律、整体趋向作出科学预判,不仅以"借西喻中"方式表达其捍卫传统书画价值精髓的坚定主张,更协同艺术界新老同盟合力宣扬"返本开新"艺术发展策略。他在坚守中国本位文化立场的前提下,主动参与建构世界艺术跨文化交流格局,身体力行地展现了中国艺术传统内生现代发展趋向对传统书画现代转型的主导作用。 In the early 20 th Century,the Chinese art began to be modernized,when the western modern painting style was promoted in China.The two forces encountered,generating profound impact on each other.With reference to the research methods of fine art history and communication sciences,this paper reviews the works by the traditional painting and calligraphy talents(represented by Huang Binhong)in response to the promotion of the western modern painting style,and points out that Huang is one of the first who responded to the western style actively.He made reasonable predictions on the basic rule and general trend of the development of the Chinese and foreign art.He not only defended the very essence of the traditional paintings by learning from the strengths of the western style,but united those from the art circles to"seek for essence in the tradition and make innovations".While advocating the Chinese culture,he took an active part in the construction of the cross-cultural communication of art worldwide,personifying the leading role of the inherent modernization trend of the Chinese art in the modernization of the traditional painting style.
