摘要
为消除太阳电池双二极管模型中电流与电压的内隐耦合关系,结合线性近似和Lambert W函数推导太阳电池的显式双二极管模型。随后采用改进的教与学优化算法对模型的特征参数进行提取,并利用4种不同类型太阳电池的实测数据对模型的准确性进行验证。结果表明,计算电流值与实测数据有很好地一致性,与文献对比精度更高,说明太阳电池显式双二极管模型对太阳电池的I-V特性曲线具有更高的拟合精度和更好的适应度。
In order to eliminate the implicit coupling effect between current and voltage in double-diode model of solar cell,an explicit double-diode model based on linear approximation and Lambert W function is proposed.After that an improved teaching-learning-based optimization algorithm is presented for parameter extraction.To analyze the accuracy of the explicit double-diode model,experimental data of four different types of solar cells are tested and verified respectively.The estimate values are matching to the experimental data and root mean square errors are less than other methods introduced in literature.Results indicate that the proposed model possesses higher fitting precision and better fitness for I-V characteristic of solar cells.
