叶片根部改型对风力机性能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究叶片根部改型对风力机性能的影响,采用SST k-ε湍流模型对改型前后的风力机叶片进行三维流场数值模拟研究。通过分析叶根区域流场和压力分布可知:根部改型可改善叶根区域的流动形态,减小叶根的失速分离区,能有效控制分离涡的发生位置,提升叶根的气动效率;根部改型可改变叶根区域叶片表面的压力分布,加大叶根部位上下面压差,从而提高叶根转矩,使风力机出力增加;根部改型后,风力机的功率最大提升2.13%,增幅明显。 In order to study the effect of blade root modification on wind turbine performance,three-dimensional flow field numerical simulation of wind turbine blade before and after modification was carried out by SST k-εturbulence model.After analyzing the flow field and pressure distribution in the root zone,it can be seen that the root modification improved the flow pattern in the root zone,reduced the stall separation zone,as well as effectively controlled the position of the separation vortex and promoted the aerodynamic efficiency of blade root.Furthermore,root modification changed the pressure distribution on blade surface in root area,increased the pressure difference between the upper and lower surface of blade root,which increased the root torque and increased the output of wind turbine.After root modification,the maximum power of wind turbines have increased 2.13%,an significant increase.
