质量控制图在甲醛检测校准曲线建立中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 为保证检测结果的准确可靠,实现实验室内部质量控制目标,利用±3σ控制限,将质量控制图应用于空气中甲醛检测校准曲线建立的质量控制,通过对空白吸光度、标准曲线斜率和截距数据的统计分析和计算,绘制质量控制图,结果表明:应用酚试剂法检测甲醛的标准曲线斜率控制范围为0.3434~0.4070,截距控制范围为-0.0036~0.0102,空白吸光度控制范围为0.004~0.016。利用该控制图可快速对标准曲线、空白溶液进行分析和判断,验证实验过程是否满足质量控制要求。质量控制图能直观、有效地反映甲醛检测校准曲线的质量,及时发现标准曲线的异常变化或变化趋势,使甲醛标准曲线的制作和应用处于持续受控的状态。 In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results,and achieve the internal quality control goal of laboratory,quality control chart was applied to the quality control of the calibration curve of formaldehyde detection in the air by using the±3σcontrol limit.In this study,the statistical analysis and calculation of blank absorbance,standard curve slope and intercept were carried out,and the quality control charts were then drawn.The results showed that the control range of standard curve slope for formaldehyde detection by phenol reagent was 0.3434~0.4070,the control range of intercept was-0.0036~0.0102,and the control range of blank absorbance was 0.004~0.016.Using these control charts,the standard curve and blank solution can be analyzed and judged quickly to verify whether the experimental process meets the quality control requirements.Quality control charts can directly and effectively reflect the quality of formaldehyde calibration curve,and discover the abnormal changes or trends of standard curve in time,so that the production and application of formaldehyde standard curve is in a state of continuous control.
