妊娠期糖尿病孕妇骨代谢标志物的变化研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇骨代谢标志物的变化特征。方法选取该院行口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)确诊为GDM的95例孕妇作为GDM组,同时选取OGTT正常的44例健康孕妇作为对照组,分别检测两组骨代谢标志物并进行比较。结果GDM组β-胶原特殊序列(β-CTX)水平明显高于对照组[(310.00±117.40)pg/mL vs.(289.90±142.00)pg/mL],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GDM组Ⅰ型前胶原氨基N端肽(PⅠNP)水平[(44.68±29.48)ng/mL vs.(55.06±35.70)ng/mL]和N-端骨钙素(N-MID)水平[(9.87±3.62)ng/mL vs.(10.13±4.60)ng/mL]与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论GDM孕妇易发骨质疏松,应持续监测骨代谢标志物。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of bone metabolism markers in gestational diabetes patients.Methods A total of 95 pregnant women diagnosed with GDM by the oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)were selected as the GDM group,and 44 healthy pregnant women with normal OGTT were selected as the control group.The levels of bone metabolism markers in the two groups were detected and compared.Results The level ofβ-collagen special sequence(β-CTX)in the GDM group was significantly higher than that in the control group[(310.00±117.40)pg/mL vs.(289.90±142.00)pg/mL],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of procollagen typeⅠN-terminal propeptide[PⅠNP,(44.68±29.48)ng/mL vs.(55.06±35.70)ng/mL]and N-terminal osteocalcin[N-MID,(9.87±3.62)ng/mL vs.(10.13±4.60)ng/mL]in the GDM group(P>0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women with GDM are prone to osteoporosis,and bone metabolism markers should be continuously monitored.
