盐酸酸洗热轧酸洗板板面锈蚀类缺陷及诱因分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对盐酸酸洗热轧酸洗板锈蚀问题,对板面锈蚀缺陷发生规律、诱因及控制措施进行介绍;从缺陷形貌看,热轧酸洗板板面锈蚀问题主要有点状锈蚀、块状锈蚀、条状锈蚀等,产生原因与板面残水、残异物、防锈油缺失等有关。点状锈蚀主要由机组通道线清洁生产管理不足导致,需加强通道线管理,有效管控漏油、甩油、框架本体锈蚀等;块状锈蚀主要为板面挤干及烘干效果不佳,需要提升机组挤干及烘干能力;条状锈蚀与板面涂油不均有一定关联性;此外,钢卷运输及仓储过程防护不当也会导致板面发生锈蚀问题,需同时对运输过程、仓储条件进行有效管控。 Regarding the problem of corrosion defects on the surface of metal strip pickled by hydrochloric acid,their formation mechanism,causes and the corresponding control methods were comprehensively discussed in the essay.According to morphology of defects,surficial corrosion defects on hot-picked plates pickled by hydrochlori could be divided into point rust,block rust,strip rust,etc,which were caused by residual water and debris on plate surface and lack of anti-rust oil.Overall,point rust derived from the fact that the production line was not properly cleaned during management.Thus,it was necessary to improve management and effectively control oil leakage and sling as well as corrosion of frame body;In order to avoid block rust caused by insufficient drying process,drying capacity must be improved to utterly remove residual water on plate surface;Strip corrosion was related to the uneven distribution of surface oil;In addition,surficial corrosion could also be induced by improper protection during steel coil transportation and storage processes.Thus,an efficient control over the transportation and storage processes was essential.
