摘要
针对我国准轨线路(轨距1435 mm,轨底坡140,钢轨型号CN60)与俄罗斯宽轨线路(轨距1520 mm,轨底坡120,钢轨型号P65)引起的轮轨接触关系差异,分析其差异对车辆动力学性能的影响,找出关键影响指标,针对主要影响指标,对变轨距转向架进行关键参数优化匹配分析,兼顾轨距变化前后的车辆动力学性能。仿真结果表明,文中提出的变轨距转向架关键参数优化匹配方案,可以使变轨距转向架车辆在轨距变换前后都能获得较好的动力学性能。
Aiming at the difference of wheel-rail contact relationship between China's standard gauge railways(rail gauge 1435 mm,rail cant 140,rail profile CN60)and Russia's wide rails(rail gauge 1520 mm,rail cant 120,rail profile P65),this paper analyzes the influence of the difference on vehicle dynamic performance,and finds out the key impact indicators.According to the main impact indicators,the key parameters of the variable gauge bogie are optimized and matched,taking into account the vehicle dynamic performance before and after the gauge change.The simulation results show that the optimized matching scheme of key parameters of variable gauge bogie proposed in this paper can make the dynamic performance of variable gauge bogie vehicles better before and after gauge transformation.
