摘要
通过对C 62A、C 62B、C 64和C 70这4种通用敞车厂、段维修过程的调研,收集了各型敞车钢材截换量数据,特别对C 70车体钢板的剩余厚度进行了调查,并与其他老型号敞车进行对比,结论是目前C 70和C 64等货车使用的耐候钢不能满足设计寿命25年的要求,采用Q450NQR1型高强度耐候钢的C 70敞车其腐蚀情况与Q345NQR3(原牌号为09CuPTiRE)普通耐候钢的C 64相比可能更不容乐观,新造C 80E使用的S450AW耐酸钢的耐大气腐蚀性能需要时间验证。
Based on the investigation of the maintenance process to C 62A,C 62B,C 64 and C 70 gondola car factories and train depots,related steel cut-off and replace data of various gondola cars are collected,especially the remaining thickness of the steel plate of C 70 car body is investigated,and compared with other old gondola cars,the conclusion is that the weathering steel currently used by trucks such as C 70 and C 64 cannot meet the design life requirement of 25 years.The corrosion situation of C 70 gondola cars using Q450NQR1 type high strength weathering steel may be less optimistic than that of C 64 of Q345NQR3(original brand:09CuPTiRE)ordinary weathering steel.the atmospheric corrosion resistance of S450AW acid-resistant steel used in the new C 80E needs time to be verified.
