轨道不平顺对悬挂式货运单轨车辆动力行为影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 建立了悬挂式货运单轨车辆60自由度动力学模型。使用模态方法研究了悬挂式货运单轨车辆的主要振动频率和相应的敏感波长,使用非线性积分方法计算了悬挂式货运单轨车辆在轨道不平顺作用下的动态响应。结果显示:在车速15~30 km/h范围内,悬挂式货运单轨车辆横向振动主要受波长在13.44~26.88 m范围内的不平顺的影响,垂向振动主要受1.46~3.36 m范围内的短波不平顺影响。轮轨导向力随横向不平顺幅值的增大而线性增大,然增幅不明显。车体垂向加速度和轮轨垂向力随垂向不平顺幅值的增大而线性增大,其中短波不平顺的影响最明显,短波不平顺幅值从1 mm增加到4 mm,车体垂向加速度幅值从0.58 m/s 2增加到2.1 m/s 2,在工程实际中,应重点对走行面上的短波不平顺进行监测和控制。 A multi-body dynamic model with 60 DOF of the suspended freight monorail train is established.The modal analysis is performed to study the vibration frequencies and the corresponding sensitive wavelength of the suspended freight monorail train.The nonlinear integral method is applied to simulate the dynamic response of the suspended freight monorail train in time domain under the track irregularity.The results show:at the vehicle speed of 15-30 km/h,the lateral vibration of the suspended freight monorail sky train is mainly affected by track irregularity with wavelength in 13.44-26.88 m,and the vertical vibration of the sky train is mainly affected by short-wave irregularity with wavelength in 1.46-3.36 m.The wheel/track steering force increase linearly with the increase of the amplitude of the lateral irregularity.However,the increase is not obvious.When the amplitude of lateral irregularity is 6mm,the lateral acceleration of the vehicle body reaches its maximum value.The vertical acceleration of vehicle body and the vertical wheel/track force increase linearly with the increase of the vertical irregularity amplitude.The influence of short-wave irregularity is the most obvious.When the amplitude of short-wave irregularity increases from 1 mm to 4 mm,the vertical acceleration increases from 0.58 m/s 2 to 2.1 m/s 2.In practical engineering,the short-wave irregularities on the running surface should be monitored and controlled emphatically.
