小麦制粉是小麦产业的关键纽带,在过去的20年间,小麦制粉行业发展迅猛,但依然难以摆脱产能过剩,行业利润率低,产品同质化,产业结构有待优化的困扰。伴随着新技术的应用、研发投入的加大、品牌意识和产品策略的深化,小麦制粉行业的发展将向更加安全、营养、健康、美味的方向发展,同时生产园区也将拓展工业化旅游和爱国节粮教育的功能。
Wheat milling industry is the key link of wheat industry.In the past 20 years,the wheat milling industry has developed rapidly,but it is still difficult to get rid of the troubles of over-capacity,low profit rate,homogeneous products and industrial structure to be optimized.With the application of new technology,the increase of R&D Investment,the deepening of brand awareness and product strategy,the development of wheat milling industry will be more safe,nutritious,healthy and delicious,at the same time,the productionpark will expand the functionof industrialized tourism and patriotic food-saving education.
