摘要
采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定小麦粉中的汞,分析测定过程,确定不确定度来源,建立不确定度评定数学模型,对各不确定度分量的来源进行合成和扩展。结果表明:标准曲线拟合及回收实验引入的不确定度分量是影响测量结果的主要原因。小麦粉中总汞含量的测定结果表示为(0.0169±0.0014)mg/kg,k=2,P=95%。
The mercury in wheat flour was determined by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry,the process of determination was analyzed,the source of uncertainty was determined,the mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established,and the source of each uncertainty component was synthesized and expanded.The results showed that the uncertainty component introduced in the standard curve fitting and recovery experiment is the main reason affecting the measurement results.The total mercury content in wheat flour was(0.0169±0.0014)mg/kg,k=2,P=95%.
