浙江大学在抗战时期内迁到贵州办学期间,创办《思想与时代》月刊,该月刊是“学衡派”同人刊物,办刊宗旨与学衡派价值追求一脉相承,继续坚持在现代语境中挖掘传统文化价值。更难能可贵的是,月刊在与“五四新文化派”的对话与沟通中,开始对日益泛滥的科学主义进行审视,主张科学人文化。月刊在科学时代对人文价值的追寻与坚守,极具前瞻性;其对现代性的批判和反思,在今天也颇具启示意义和价值。

During the Anti-Japanese War,Zhejiang University moved to Guizhou to run a school,and founded the monthly magazine Thoughts and Times,which is a fan publication of Xueheng School.The purpose of running the magazine is in line with the value pursuit of Xueheng School,and it continues to explore the traditional cultural value in the modern context.What is more commendable is that in the dialogue and communication with the May Fourth New Culture School,Thoughts and Times began to examine the increasingly rampant scientism and advocated the humanization of science.It pursues and adheres to the humanistic value in the scientific era,which is very forward-looking;Its criticism and reflection on modernity is also quite enlightening and valuable today.
