金天格胶囊辅助治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症的临床疗效及对骨密度、骨代谢的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Jintiange Capsule in the Treatment of Diabetic Osteoporosis and Its Effect on Bone Mineral Density and Bone Metabolism of Patients

目的探讨金天格胶囊辅助治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症的临床疗效及对患者骨密度及骨代谢的影响。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月我院收治的糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者100例,按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予骨化三醇软胶囊,观察组在对照组用药基础上联合金天格胶囊,2组均治疗12个月。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后症状量表评分、血糖水平、骨密度和骨代谢水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软、抽筋乏力、下肢疼痛和下肢痿弱症状评分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗后血糖指标较治疗前下降(P<0.01),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后L 1~4、股骨大转子、股骨颈及总髋部骨密度水平均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组上述指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后碱性磷酸酶水平较治疗前显著下降,且观察组低于对照组,血清骨钙素水平较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金天格胶囊辅助治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症与单独骨化三醇软胶囊相比疗效满意,可显著改善患者临床症状,提升患者骨密度,调节骨代谢水平。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jintiange Capsule in the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis and its effect on bone density and bone metabolism of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic osteoporosis that were admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled in this study.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given calcitriol soft capsule,and the observation group was supplemented with Jintiange Capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 months.The clinical efficacy,symptom scale score,blood glucose level,bone mineral density(BMD)and bone metabolism level of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of low back pain,waist and knee weakness,cramps and fatigue,lower extremity pain and lower extremity weakness were significantly lower in the two groups than those before treatment,and the scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).The blood glucose indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The BMD of L 1-4,greater trochanter,femoral neck and total hip in the two groups were significantly higher than that before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of ALP in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,which was lower in the observation group than in the control group,whereas the level of osteocalcin in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,which was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Jintange Capsule on diabetic osteoporosis is better than that of calcitriol soft capsule alone.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,increase the bone density and regulate the level of bone metabolism.
