摘要
西部地级市所辖的中小学校正在实施的课后延时服务面临着教师教学管理负担重、缺乏专业师资力量、服务内容单一等新难题.为此,建议从本地教育资源实际出发,积极引导地方高校参与中小学校课后延时服务的教学与管理,并将其视为深化基础教育改革的契机,把中小学校课后延时服务内容纳入地方高校与中小学校共建的“第二课堂”教育教学平台.
The after-school extended service currently on offer in primary and secondary schools under the jurisdiction of western prefecture-level cities is faced with new problems like the over-burdened teaching management on the part of teachers,the lack of professional teaching staff and the unitary service content.In response to this,it is advised that,based on the local reality of educational resources,local colleges and universities be actively guided to participate in the teaching and management of after-school extended services,taking it as an opportunity to deepen the basic education reform and thus to include the after-school extended services into the co-constructed educational teaching platform of“second classroom”between local colleges and universities and primary and secondary schools.
