少数民族非物质文化遗产有着本地区、本民族内在的精神价值和文化象征,保护传承少数民族非物质文化遗产是每一代人的责任与义务,同时也是坚定文化自信的一种表现。"非遗"的保护和传承工作是一项系统工程,科学、规范、完整地传承非物质文化遗产需要多元治理主体的共同参与,即需要政府、传承人、社会共同参与的公共治理。

The intangible cultural heritages of ethnic minorities have the inherent spiritual value and cultural symbol of the ethnic group in the region.Protecting and inheriting the intangible cultural heritages of ethnic minorities is the responsibility and obligation of each generation,and it is also a manifestation of firm cultural confidence.Scientific,standardized and complete inheritance of intangible cultural heritages requires the participation of multiple governance subjects.The protection and inheritance of the heritages is a systematic project,which should involve multiple subjects'governance,that is,a process involving the government,inheritors,and society.
