以美育人,润物无声——论美育在高师主题班会中的渗透

On the Infiltration of Aesthetic Education into the Class Theme-oriented Meetings in Teachers'Colleges

美育在高师教育中发挥着重要作用。主题班会是高师教育的重要组成部分,在主题班会中渗透美育既是时代和学校的需求,也是完善高师学生自身的需要。主题班会向来以培养品德高尚、心理健康、追真求善的人才为根本目的,而美育的养德、怡情、促善等功能恰好契合了这一点。美育想要完全渗入主题班会,目前还存在着自身身份尴尬、其他教育配合不足以及相应师资匮乏等问题,需要高师教育工作者共同承担责任,坚定不移地将美育运用到主题班会中去。

Aesthetic education has been playing an important role in school education in China for more than one hundred years.The infiltration of the aesthetic education into the class theme-oriented meetings is required by the contemporary society and the teachers'colleges,which can also enhance the class meetings.The class meetings aim to cultivate talents with high morality,mental health,and great virtue,in which case cultivating morality,fostering emotions,and promoting good quality of the aesthetic education can help promote the class theme meeting.Therefore,the educators in teachers'colleges should spare no efforts to apply the aesthetic education to the class theme-oriented meetings.
