从家校教育角度探讨“问题学生”的成因 被引量:3

On the Origin of"Problem Students":A Perspective of the School and the Family

摘要 在现实教育中,"问题学生"现象一直是研究的热点。"问题学生"的根源在于其问题行为,而行为的产生离不开环境的影响。学校管理中教师"贴标签""划等级""叫家长"等不科学方式让教育环境发生了畸形变化,家长溺爱与管制的不合理让家庭教育产生了极端行为,从而导致了"问题学生"的产生。 The roots of the psychological barriers and the behavior problems with the students are traced back to students'misbehavior which is inevitably affected by the surroundings around them.The series of problems can be believed to arise respectively from two aspects,namely,the abnormal educational environment caused by teachers'improper instruction and the extreme behavior formed due to the parents'indulgence and mismanagement.Therefore,the solution to the problems should also be aimed at the transformation of teachers and parents with inappropriate instruction approaches.
